My Way of Training
As a nutrition consultant, my job is to guide and help you to achieve your personal health and fitness goals. My training philosophy is:
• I believe in a natural way to health & fitness through proper nutrition. I do not rely heavily on unnecessary supplementation. I believe in feeding your body to train it to work for itself. Our bodies are amazingly complicated. But nutrition does not need to be complicated. If we provide our body the foods and nutrients it needs we can achieve a higher quality of life, therefore achieving your physical goals!
• My diet isn't as much as a diet as it is a way of life, a part of your daily healthy living routine.
• There are absolutely no short-cuts. No special formulas or magic pills to get you healthy. It's going to take healthy food, hard work, effort, determination, consistency and motivation!!
• With my diet and nutrition consulting you will learn your body, inside and out. You will find yourself in a better frame of mind, therefore learning to become more accepting of what God has given you.
